Was erwartet Dich

VISUAL STATEMENTS betreut eine Vielzahl an namhaften Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen als Social Media Lead Agentur und entwickelt darüber hinaus jährlich viele individuelle Werbekampagnen. Mit seinen Native Advertising Kampagnen erreicht VISUAL STATEMENTS monatlich über 10 Millionen Werbekontakte. Mit deiner Mitarbeit wollen wir die Kundenzufriedenheit noch weiter erhöhen und individuelle Kampagnen Konzepte für Kunden erstellen. Hierbei unterstützt du uns als interne Schnittstelle zwischen Kreation und Kunde. Als (Senior) Account Manager*in planst und betreust du die Social-Media-Kampagnen und machst deine Kunden mit einem erfolgreichen Abschluss glücklich. Deinen Arbeitstag organisierst Du selbst und entwickelst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen mit deinen festen Partnern. Von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Reporting überwachst du alle Projektschritte und behältst stets den Überblick. Du kennst den Markt, hast ein Gespür für die Kundenwünsche und überzeugst mit selbstsicheren Präsentationen dein Gegenüber.
Was solltest Du mitbringen

Du hast 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur, Online Digital Vermarkter oder im Projektmanagement und bist jetzt bereit, den nächsten Schritt in deiner beruflichen Entwicklung zu machen. Deine Erfahrung umfasst neben Kundenmanagement und Vertriebstätigkeiten auch sehr gute, übergreifende Social-Media-Kenntnisse. Du hast ein Verständnis für Zahlen und die unterschiedlichen Marketing-Kennzahlen sind für dich kein Fremdwort. MS-Office-Programme sind dir nicht fremd und deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstständig zu strukturieren ist für dich eine Leichtigkeit. Und natürlich kennst du immer die neuesten Trends auf Social Media.
