    Job Description Director, Clinical Quality Improvement - San Ramon, CA (Relocation Included)

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director, Clinical Quality Improvement to lead our client which is a 123-bed, acute-care hospital in San Ramon, California.


    About the Role:
    In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Quality Improvement (QI) program.

    You will work collaboratively with physicians and staff to ensure we are delivering the highest quality care to our patients.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and develop the hospital's QI program
    Integrate QI activities across departments
    Manage and analyze quality data
    Oversee the QI department and staff
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in a health-related field (RN preferred)
    5+ years' experience in healthcare quality improvement
    CPHQ certification or eligible within 2 years
    Strong leadership and communication skills
