A Lead Kitchen Steward oversees the kitchen stewarding team and ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained.
+Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans,
kitchen equipment , - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas,
floors, walls, workstations, , - Collect and properly dispose
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked stored safely, ,< li>Fo llow food safety hygiene sanitation standards HACCP where applicable),
- Assist in preventing cross-contamination by maintaining clean work areas.i>
