Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Supervising foster care relationships
  • Counseling children, youth, and their families
  • Stabilizing the living situation of birth families
  • Collaborating with professionals from youth welfare offices for youth welfare planning
  • Recruiting, preparing, and evaluating foster families
  • Crisis intervention

You should bring the following qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in social pedagogy or a comparable field
  • Teamwork skills
  • Proactive work style
  • Own car
  • Experience in the field of foster care is a plus
