- Collaborate closely with commercial teams and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Lead the selection, evaluation, and negotiation of suppliers, driving cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.
- Manage invoicing processes with precision and adherence to data quality standards and SOPs.
- Keep general and customer-specific technology tools up to date, leveraging the latest innovations to streamline operations.
- Safeguard operation documents according to SOPs and internal processes, maintaining impeccable records for compliance.
- Stay informed and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements for air and ocean shipments, prioritizing safety and compliance.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in air and ocean logistics, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as WebCargo, CargoWise, and 7L, as well as online portals for steam shiplines (Maersk, CMA, MSC).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and delivering results under pressure.
- Possess a sense of urgency and exceptional task prioritization skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of optimizing operational flow for maximum efficiency.
