    Job Summary

    The Digital Sales Specialist will drive digital marketing and sales efforts for all Highmark Senior Living communities. The Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for responding to and nurturing digital leads within CRM to help drive occupancy across our portfolio of senior living communities. This role requires a strong understanding of senior living sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping seniors and their families find the perfect living arrangement.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Respond to digital inquiries within 30 minutes.
    • Communicate through phone, email or text, each communication resulting in a next best step.
    • Nurture prospects through the decision making process, recognizing which stage they are at and helping to guide and navigate to their ideal scenario.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, tours booked and drive results.
    • Utilize tools to nurture leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to move-in.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales team, Executive Directors, and Hubbell Realty Company corporate Marketing, to align digital sales efforts with business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging senior living sales to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates on digital sales performance to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living sales.

    Success Factors

    • Proven track record of success in navigating leads through the sales funnel.
    • Strong understanding of digital nurturing principles.
    • Experience with senior living CRM's.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content nurture email content.
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the senior living decision-making process.
