- Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
- Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
- Water Heater replacement and repair
- Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)
- A minimum of 2 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Leak Location and Repair, a plus
- Installation of sold plumbing systems and services
- Making sure all equipment is maintained
- Be thorough in inspections, and accurate installs on replacements or repairs to current plumbing code
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers
- At least 2 years Plumbing experience
- Current valid Residental, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Ability to work overtime/night/weekend hours as needed
- Assist plumbers in completing work orders and maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Organize materials as instructed
- Unclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer under supervision
- Field duties include operating company vehicle in safe and courteous manner
- Observe all safety requirements.
- Communicate in a professional manner when in uniform
- Prior underground excavation, residential plumbing and/or drain cleaning experience is a plus
- A desire to learn and become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
