- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the CPG industry, experience in the natural products industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of creating and executing on marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer awareness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, social media management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Analytics. Experience with Jira Work Management and/or Klaviyo is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, confident, and creative.
- Must be articulate and professional in both verbal and written communications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, market share growth, and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to align with business objectives and resonate with target consumers.
- Develop intimate understanding of the consumers(s), shoppers, business and relevant brands, including financials, positioning, marketing programs, and distribution.
- Maintain strong communications and collaborate with strategic partners.
- Generates monthly reports to management on effectiveness of web and social media communications.
- Manage email promotions for sales team: coordinate with sales on content, create layouts in email marketing platform (Klaviyo), schedule campaigns, and manage store/customer lists.
- Manage product samples: track inventory, request quotes, review artwork and proofs, manage orders.
- Conduct quarterly audit of digital marketing materials, as well as physical marketing materials.
- Coordinate distribution of new product launch kits to retailers and brokers.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service on the coordination of regional trade shows and assist with national trade shows.

Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with CPG experience to oversee our consumer marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital and print marketing campaigns in the CPG industry, ideally in the natural products space. This role will be responsible for spearheading strategic planning to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to walk, climb stairs, sit for extended periods of time, use hands and arms for work, talk and hear. The employee may need to occasionally lift or move up to 25lbs.
Travel Requirements:
We prefer someone who can work onsite in our New Albany, OH office on a hybrid basis. We will consider remote candidates located in the US only.
Intermittent travel to visit customers, suppliers, vendors, industry trade shows, training events and conferences will be required. Attendance of some industry tradeshows at which Wiley's Finest is an exhibitor is expected. Regular travel is not expected to exceed ten (10) business days per year.
Shift and Hours:
Standard salaried position with normal working hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday totaling approximately 2080hrs per year.
Intermittent after-hours and weekend work will be required occasionally, especially in relation to travel and trade show support, and to prepare or revise documents or material for sales meetings with customers.
