    We are looking for a Deposit Service Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

    Your specific duties will include:
    • Communicating and escalating situations to management.
    • Maintaining familiarity with regulations.
    • Providing enthusiastic and professional telephone service to members, non-members, and other departments.
    • Processing or researching standard and specialized inquiries and transactions.
    • Serving as a first-line tech for basic ATM/ETM alerts or faults.
    • Monitoring, reviewing, and researching virtual deposits made via the ATM/ETM.
    • Performing duties effectively utilizing the following software: DNA-Prod, DNA Publisher, Vertifi, Workday, IP Admin, Portfolio Viewer, Verafin, Internal chat, Avaya, DSI Avaya Marque, Calabrio, Client Analytics, and Active Teller.
    Specific qualifications for the position include:
    • Must be able to work a flexible Monday-Sunday schedule.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Minimum of one year of job-related work experience.
    • Must have good organizational, communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Type and 10-key by touch.
    • Proficient in utilizing PCs, software, and other office equipment.
    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
