    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
    • Continuously improve customer support processes and resources

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a customer service role
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to provide clear and concise instructions to customers
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
