    ManTech is seeking Project Integrator who will act as an Executive Administrator for a Front Office team.

    As a Project Integrator on our team, you will provide administrative support in a fast paced and mission focused environment.

    The ideal candidate will be focused, poised under pressure, and dedicated to the success of the office.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Provide administrative support to 3-4 Executive Front Office personnel.
    • Book domestic and international travel.
    • Manage multiple calendars, and create and track agendas.
    • Manage communications inside and outside of the customer organizations fo event confirmations, travel itineraries, and other needs.
    • Communicate effectively with executive level staff, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Using superior time management skills, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities for Front Office team.
    • Maintain professionalism, productively and poise in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leverage a deep understanding of the customer space and proper interactions with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 4 years of experience supporting an administrative front office team at customer agency
    • Experience booking travel both domestic and international
    • Experience using a Corporate Action Tracker
    • Ability to work an 8:30am to 4:30pm shift
    • Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

    Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph


    Physical requirements: must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
