Project Integrator (TS with Full Scope Poly-REQUIRED)
The Sponsor's executive team leads a large department that is rapidly expanding with new and diverse program initiatives.

To maintain the business cadence in time of change, the Sponsor requires specialized Front-Office program management support for the day-to-day business aspect of all matters in the department.

The Contractor is empowered and responsible for ensuring that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly for the executive team.

Work may be performed independently or within a team environment.


Contractor personnel serving in designated High Risk Roles (HRR) are required to comply with the Sponsor's screening program, whereby completion of a medical screening process to obtain a medical clearance is required.

The Sponsor will determine the appropriate level of medical screening based on the High Risk Roles specifically identified by the GTM.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities


The Contractor shall work closely with the executive team leads providing specialized Front-Office program management support for the day-to-day business aspect of all matters in the department.


  • The Contractor shall triage and route information flow in and out of the executive team for efficient communication with the broader organization.
  • The Contractor shall assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • The Contractor shall assist executive team members in prioritizing business strategies and decisions based on their schedules.
  • The Contractor shall manage the logistics of the executive team's daily work, including scheduling presentations, interactions with colleagues, and scheduling or coordinating meetings.
  • The Contractor shall assist and communicate with the executive team in decisionmaking, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • The Contractor shall improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • The Contractor shall serve as liaison between the executive team, the workforce and other leaders regarding project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • The Contractor shall assist organizing the workforce and assist with managerial and administrative responsibilities.
  • The Contractor shall oversee daily operations through collaboration with the executive team and other senior leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks, from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining files, to planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
  • The Contractor shall build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency or responsiveness to existing operations.
  • The Contractor shall help define new operational strategies and work with executive team on special projects.

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a business or executive support role.
  • Demonstrated experience with efficient productivity.
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective process manager.
  • Demonstrated experience with success in a project coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience with project reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Primavera tool to perform tasks such as administration of resources, setting up charge codes, reporting, managing resources, and delegation of approvals.
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

  • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor's entire onboarding process, to include account setup, coordinating security briefings, security checks, desk and location setup, and assignment to a team.
  • Demonstrated experience being datadriven, clearminded, and objective under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience as a superb communicator.

Education

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Science, or similar field

Pay:
$120, $250,000.00 per year
