Job Description:
The Program Management Specialist will support the SVIP Managing Director.

1) Provides strategic and operations coordination support, advice, and input to the SVIP Managing Director
2) Engages with OIP Program Liaison and various S&T offices to coordinate requirements gathering, and SVIP project engagements
3) Provides advice and assistance to research and analyze national and global venture capital market development and investment trends and activities
4) Develops documentation, reports, charts, and other written material reflecting SVIP value proposition and return on investment for SVIP Managing Director briefings, conferences, and media engagements
5) Conducts analysis of SVIP financial and OTA execution
6) Supports meetings/speaking

engagements/interactions

with the startup ecosystem

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Ability to obtain a Secret and/or Top-Secret Clearance.
Minimum 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a related advanced degree of study in Information Management or Technology Management
Technical experience with Homeland Security-related work may substitute for education requirements.

Familiar with and knowledge of the Office of Management & Budget (OMB), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Experience working with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) is highly desired.
