    Description

    Overview: The Program Coordinator is member of the management team and provides supervision to staff as directed. Performs administrative functions related to Quality Improvement regarding delivery and documentation of services provided (Chart Review and contract utilization), as well as managing the mandatory random Drug Screening Program. Responsible for reviewing, editing and monitoring Court Reports generated by staff and meeting the 90-day cycle for submission to the courts. Oversees intraprogram transfers, case assignments, and hand-off staffing. This position works with a Forensic population, and provides direct services to a small caseload (individual therapy, group therapy, UAs, Home Visits, assessments, etc.)

    Pay: $90,000 - $100,000/year + Dental/Health/Vision/401k

    Shift: Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

    Requirements:

    • LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
    • One (1) year experience in a mental health, correctional, or similar forensic agency, providing individual and group therapy.
    • Previous experience working with individual with severe mental health issues
