- Knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and practices normally acquired through graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy, ASHP Administrative Residency desired.
- Pharm.D, Master's or other advanced degree beneficial.
- Additional education, formal and continuing education, and education in transformed leadership beneficial.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant/Associate Pharmacy Director or equivalent experience in a Joint Commission accredited facility necessary to enhance and develop skills.
- Experience in a multi-hospital system desired.
- Experience with 340b program desired.
- Possesses a current Wisconsin Pharmacist license, additional licensure in MI desired.

We are seeking a Director - System Pharmacy in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus Wausau Hospital who has leadership accountability for the provision of quality, efficient pharmacy services with quality patient care outcomes and cost efficient operations.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Wausau, Wisconsin is located in the lovely Wisconsin River valley at the center of the state. We have a metro area population of 80,000 with excellent schools, busy performing arts center, large private music conservatory, and visual arts center.
Quiet residential neighborhoods surround Lake Wausau and overlook the Wisconsin River or have views of Rib Mountain State Park. A normal commute is ten minutes to any part of town. We enjoy four seasons of recreation including all water sports, sailing, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, soccer, down-hill and cross-country skiing. We are conveniently located three hours from Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
