    Primary Responsibilities
    Set up contract and billing terms within HDR accounting software.
    Generate a high volume of customer invoices as directed by Billing Managers.
    Work with user departments to assure customers requirements are met.
    Ensure the accurate and timely billing of clients while complying with company policies.
    Track and document contract billing requirements for customers.
    Research and correct billing issues.
    Test new software functionality.
    Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
    Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
    Must be self-motivated, flexible well-organized and detail oriented.
    Requires analysis and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume billing environment and/or experience within the A/E/C industry preferred.
    Bachelors or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
    International billing experience is a plus.
    Oracle E-Business Suite experience is strongly preferred.
    Preference given to local candidates.
