- Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in operations/manufacturing management or similar management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales as it relates to aluminum extrusions and fabrication
- Demonstrated outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and technical ability.
- Fabrication equipment and print and literate.
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Foundry and or extrusion experience preferred.

The annual base pay range for this position is $68,827 - $100,100 and the target annual commission is $30,000. If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth. Commission earnings are dependent on sales performance and are not guaranteed.

Sierra Aluminum is a vertically integrated aluminum extrusion mill providing standard, custom and OEM aluminum products that range from basic mill finished extrusions all the way to finished, fabricated shapes.
