    Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Reagent Manufacturing Associate will support the reagent manufacturing operation process as it relates to IVD instrumentation. This position works full-time in Wilmington, MA.

    Responsibilities
    • Follows established GMP and SOP processes and procedures.
    • Perform cleaning of the reagent manufacturing area per established protocols.
    • Perform assembly work of our consumable products.
    • Assist in the formulation and filling of our consumable products for commercial use.


    Skills and Expertise
    • High school degree required, AS in Biomedical, Biology, or Life Sciences discipline preferred.
    • 2-5 years of industry experience within the manufacturing/production environment, preferably in a small company/start-up setting.
    • Lab experience and understanding of GMP required.
    • ISO-8 cleanroom experience required.
    • Aseptic handling techniques, pipetting, and experience working in a BSC required.
    • Experience in a regulated (FDA or ISO) manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Excellent organizational, record keeping and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • A strong work ethic and commitment to generating high quality work under tight deadlines.
    • Must have a collaborative and proactive attitude.
    • Must be able to perform repetitive task(s) consistently and proficiently.
    • Must be able to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning. Will be required to follow gowning requirements and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body.
    • Must be able to lift/move up to 30 pounds.
    • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods - up to four (4) hours at a time.
    • Manual dexterity to perform all job functions.
