Digital Designed Solutions is a leading manufacturer of custom printed dry erase whiteboards and other whiteboard products. We build and assemble our products at our location in Broomall, PA. We are a small, but fast-growing business looking for motivated Production Associates to join our team.

Manufacturing Production Associate


Summary:
As a manufacturing production associate your time will be spent making the products we supply to our customers.

You will work together with a team of highly motivated and skilled team members; to perform a variety of assembly activities, to build our dry erase whiteboards and whiteboard equipment.

We have one opening for Manufacturing Production Associates starting at $18.00/hr. and up, depending upon experience.

After 1 month we will have a review and if you come to work and are time and your abilities increase we will increase your pay.

Responsibilities - As a Manufacturing Production Associate you will:

• Help to assemble and package our products using a variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Operate wideformat printer, printing on to sheet of steel
• Pay attention to details throughout all stages of work to produce high quality work, with mínimal waste and the need to rework.
• Check your own work and the work of other team members, ensuring all aspects of the assembly are complete and correct.
• Provide team with sufficient information and support to accomplish team goals.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace and work to help maintain the rest of the facility organized and clean as well.
• Work cooperatively with assigned production team and provide any assistance to any area and/or department required.
• Understand that all team members will need to pitch in, in other areas, as needed to help meet our goals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements -
You're a great fit for this position if this describes you;

• Picture framing experience is a plus
• Work well with your hands to build or repair objects comes easy to you and you find it natural to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• You must be able to read a tape measure
• Hand tool experience is needed
• You have exceptional motor coordination and can easily use a variety of tools in a safe manner.
• You are able to follow verbal and written instructions, directions and other communication in English or Spanish
• Performing basic shop math calculations (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and measuring.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs and work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to perform in a fastpaced, team environment, under pressure with time constraints while responding and adapting to change favorably and quickly.
• You have a strong attendance record and are punctual.
• You are willing and able to work an occasional Saturday, if necessary.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
