    NDH Advisors LLC ("NDH") is a Chicago-headquartered accounting business offering best-in-class tax, accounting, and personal finance services to dynamic businesses, high net-worth individuals, and family offices throughout the United States.

    With offices in Chicago, Kansas City, Houston, and Philadelphia, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administration Specialist to support our rapidly growing accounting practice.

    The candidate must possess the following characteristics: exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong writing skills, comfortable with multi-tasking, meticulous attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    The candidate will have a crucial role in supporting the various financial needs of our family office clients, including processing bill payments, running payroll for household employees and overall administrative support.

    This position requires a basic understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


    Specific responsibilities include:
    bill pay services; payroll processing; accounting administration; and recordkeeping.

    Due to the collaborative nature of our work, employees are expected to be in the office three days per week as part of a hybrid work environment.


    Requirements:
    A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university, with a major or focus declared in Accounting, Finance, or other related business field;
    Basic understanding of Quickbooks preferred;
    Proven experience in accounting administration, bill pay, and payroll processing;
    Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices;
    Proficient in accounting software and payroll systems;
    Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications;
    Energetic with positive attitude;
    Ability to take direction and see tasks through to completion;
    Availability to work in the Chicago office at least 3 days per week.
