Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions
Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash register reconciliations
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Upsell additional products or services to customers
Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in technology sales or technical knowledge is a plus
Ability to upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate transaction processing
Familiarity with stock management procedures is beneficial
Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills are essential
Previous experience in jewelry sales is advantageous
