Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Scan, bag, and process customer purchases efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized store. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Promote store promotions and upsell products or services when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Receive deliveries and stock the store (including the cooler).
