    Job Opportunity: Sales Representative

    GlobeX Leisure and Travel is seeking an enthusiastic 1099 Travel Membership Sales Representative to join our team in Sevierville, TN

    The Sales Consultant at Globex Travel plays a crucial role in facilitating the direct sale of travel memberships to potential buyers with a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct. Their core responsibilities include uncovering the needs and interests of prospective purchasers and skillfully crafting a compelling narrative that motivates them to join the Globex program, presented through a well-structured sales presentation. Additionally, the Sales Consultant serves as a knowledgeable advisor, guiding clients on the enriching benefits of owning a travel club membership and adeptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. This approach ensures a high-quality customer service experience throughout the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell to qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment only presentations
    • Adhere to the Consultative Sales Process, establishing trust with prospective owners and maintaining rapport throughout the sales journey while generating sales volume
    • Uncover needs through strategic questioning, tailoring the sales presentation accordingly, and recommending personalized product offerings
    • Prepare for daily appointments and maintain a sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen
    • Elevates customer service to the highest standards for our clients through communication of product features, advantages and benefits
    • Be part of a team that successfully attains individual and departmental goals
    • Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team that the associate i capable of performing

    Qualifications:

    • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
    • One year sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred with proven ability to close sales
    • Ability to resolve customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals
    • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
    • Reliable transportation

    Physical Requirements:

    • The position may entail a range of physical activities, including walking, sitting, standing, handling objects or tools, typing, reaching with hands and arms, maintaining balance, stooping, as well as verbal communication and auditory perception
    • Occasionally, lifting and/or moving objects up to twenty-five pounds may be required
    • Keen visual acuity with specific abilities necessary for effectively carrying out tasks and responsibilities within this role.
