- Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mainframe systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.
- Work collaboratively with senior team members to learn and implement best practices in mainframe administration.
- Participate in training sessions and self-study to acquire knowledge and proficiency in mainframe technologies and tools.
- Contribute to documentation efforts, including documenting procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Support other IT initiatives and projects as needed, gaining exposure to various aspects of IT operations and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
- Prior experience in IT support or system administration roles is a plus but not required.
