iFuse Solutions is looking to add a Systems Administrator for one of our clients to work onsite in Downtown Cleveland, OH.

This is a permanent direct-hire position. This is a first shift, M-F, 40 hours a week position with our client.


Key Outcomes of the Position:

The IT Systems Administrator's role is to provide a point of contact for Windows Servers, Office 365 Administration as well as support and maintenance within the organization's end-user computing environment.

This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all infrastructure and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory.
Experience with Azure AD and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
Experience with on-premises Exchange and Office 365.
Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Experience registering domain names, configuring DNS records.
Ability to analyze, implement & support fixes/resolutions.
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical).
Occasional out of hours and on call work

Knowledge & Experience
Strong technical knowledge of Office 365
Knowledge and experience with PowerShell
Knowledge of Core Microsoft Infrastructure to include DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, etc...
Knowledge of virtual server environments such as Hyper-V or VMware
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides

Formal Education & Certification
College diploma or equivalent work experience.
Certifications in IT related subject would be advantageous. (for example CompTIA, Microsoft MCE etc.)
