Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness and order in the residential area and buildings
  • Traffic safety, taking action in case of safety hazards
  • Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of technical systems, troubleshooting and taking necessary measures
  • Instruction of contractors, granting access to technical rooms
  • Monitoring of service and trade companies
  • Conducting minor repairs
  • Maintaining contact with tenants, receiving and forwarding reports of defects and complaints

Your profile

  • Technical training in a trade with a journeyman's certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Versatile skills in various trades, especially in the areas of electrical and/or plumbing installation
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Good knowledge of computer systems (industry software, MS Office)
  • Class B driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Customeroriented and serviceminded
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both externally and within the company
  • Ability to think and act in an entrepreneurial and economic manner
  • Strong sense of duty and responsibility
  • Aboveaverage commitment
  • Ability to handle criticism and conflicts
