For this, we are looking for a Transformation Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin or nationwide as soon as possible. Job number 59897.

What to expect:

Independent planning with a focus on implementing major projects in digitalization
Creation of standardized documents for rollout across the entire Helios clinic landscape
Monitoring project progress based on operational and financial KPIs
Conducting performance calls to discuss implementation progress in all regions
Creating presentations
Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and mentoring colleagues
Collaborating with colleagues from various areas of the company, from medical staff, IT, controlling to the CEO

What you bring:

Completed degree in business administration, project management or possibly medicine
At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, also with a focus on digitalization
