    Description
    Kavaliro has partnered with a client who is seeking a fulltime, direct hire, Director of IT (NetSuite) for an excellent client in Boca Raton , Florida

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.

    Manages NetSuite ERP, desktop support, network administration, cybersecurity, and system upgrades.
    Monitor and optimize IT performance, including network reliability, data backup, and disaster recovery plans.
    Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions and services.
    Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, making recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.

    Qualifications:
    At least 5 years' experience with hands-on IT support and/or management of small IT team.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
    Strong technical skills and knowledge of NetSuite, MS Outlook, networks and PCs, and cybersecurity protocols.
    Experience working with NetSuite customization, integration, and user support.
    Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative IT environment.
    Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results within budget constraints.
    Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
