We are currently looking for a:

Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) as Team Leader:

in a Children and Family Center (39 hours/week)
The Rauhe Haus is a diakonic organization. We are close to the people and stand for the values of social work. We are committed to innovative developments.

The Children and Youth Services division works regionally.

In the central region, we offer family support services in an attractive Children and Family Center (Kifaz), as well as outpatient and inpatient support services and three part-time "Mother/Father-Child Places".

The Kifaz team consists of six employees.

We work in a community-oriented and networked manner with all regular institutions that are helpful for promoting parenting in the family.


Your Profile

  • You have a university degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
  • You work with a team of professionals to create an attractive Children and Family Center.
  • You enjoy developing solutions for the needs of the neighborhood.
  • You have a resourceoriented, lifeworld and communityoriented approach to work.
  • You are able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
  • You are curious about other cultures and have intercultural competencies.
  • You have strong problemsolving skills and counseling competence.

Your Tasks

  • You lead a team of professionals.
  • You organize the necessary administrative processes.
  • You develop the Children and Family Center conceptually according to the needs.
