    Description
    Facility is looking for an IM to fill a permanent position in the Portland, Oregon area. You will treat and advise patients on physical and mental health.


    Duties:

    • Observes, assesses, and records symptoms, reactions, and progress by utilizing knowledge of modern methods and techniques of diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries
    • Provides accurate, timely, and complete documentation in patient records including providing appropriate code level and diagnosis of patient visits using coding standards
    • Provides evening and weekend consultation oncall as needed
    • Displays sensitivity to the populations served

    Additional Info:

    • Doctoral degree (MD/DO) or equivalent from an accredited school of medicine
    • Completion of Internal Medicine Residency or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience working with underserved populations in a community health center preferred
    • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon and Board Certified
    • Active DEA license
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred Would you be interested in this position?
