Join Ascent Healthcare, a Portland-based company focusing on internal medicine and geriatric post-hospitalization care in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Oregon and Washington. Our team of 35 Medical Providers is expanding, and we are now looking for a SNF Physician in Eugene, OR. Work alongside an experienced NP/PA, take on leadership roles, and aim for certification as a post-acute Medical Director.
