HR Operations Specialist w/m/d % (hybrid)
We are looking for a temporary HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Frankfurt for 12 months.

Whether you are a recent graduate with great potential or an experienced HR professional, we welcome your support and offer many opportunities for independent management of tasks and processes within our well-coordinated team.


Your responsibilities:


  • Support employees in all operational HR matters
  • Handle and develop employment law issues and topics
  • Assist in global HR projects and processes
  • Administer personnel measures while considering legal framework
  • Collaborate with the works council, internal and external partners, and authorities
  • Participate in and document relevant local HR processes and regulations
  • Serve as a contact person for payroll matters and liaise with service providers
  • Potentially assist with applicant administration

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable commercial education with further training, such as a certified HR specialist
  • Ideally, relevant work experience or previous experience through HR internships or student jobs in HR operations
  • Proficient in Office 365, knowledge of YES and SAP HR is a plus
  • Organizational skills, meticulous work ethic, and enjoyment in handling diverse topics
  • Enthusiasm, teamwork, reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work across departments and countries
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
