IDN Global, Inc. is a leading distributor of security hardware, access control systems, video surveillance equipment, doors & frames, locksmithing tools, and related security products seeking a full-time employee for an Inside Sales position. IDN Hardware Sales, Inc. is headquartered in Livonia, MI and has more than 70 years of stability and top notch customer service. This family-owned company provides security products, access control solutions, and related services to locksmiths and security professionals.

Job Description:

Our newest Warehouse Associate will work in a fast-paced (but steady) position, selecting products to fulfill orders of various sizes, in addition to helping unload containers every month or so. The position is physical in nature and demanding, but is in a positive team-based work environment. Frequent lifting, constant movement, attention to detail and a safety minded outlook are necessities for our next successful hire.

Responsibilities include the following:

The successful candidate is responsible (but not limited to):

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of related experience is desired

Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis

Ability to arrive to work on time and be ready for a busy day

The need to have things neat and orderly

A valid drivers license

Desire to contribute and help no matter what the task

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure of the Warehouse Associate Position

Compensation for this position is negotiable and will depend upon experience. The position is full-time with hours Monday - Friday, approximately 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Medical and dental benefits are available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes benefits such as 401k plan with matching employer contributions as well as company-paid life and disability insurance.
