Warehouse Associate at Resource Innovations

Resource Innovations is looking for Warehouse Associates to join their team in Farmington, CT. As a Warehouse Associate at Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for various warehouse activities such as pulling, assembling, and packaging customer orders for Energy Efficiency Programs and events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pulling, organizing, and loading products for transport
Assembling and packaging lighting products into promotional packages
Constructing promotional cardboard boxes
Organizing and consolidating products with pallet jacks/hand carts
Stacking and wrapping/labe**ling packages for shipping
Loading pallets onto trucks or into storage (requires pallet jack)
Breaking down cardboard and palletizing for tractor trailer pickups
Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse daily
Performing other assigned duties

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move objects up to 25ft
Capable of standing for extended periods, climbing, crouching, and sitting
Effective communication in English

Safety:

Personal Protective Equipment provided daily including hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, and necessary tools (knife, tape gun, etc.)
