Project Manager Brief Job Description:
Develop and maintain project schedules, product submittals, buyout.
Develop and oversee project budgeting, cost projecting, billing, and reporting.
Prepare and monitor project start up and close out documentation.
Attend project meetings, visit the jobsites, provide support for field teams.

In 2019, Paradigm was awarded our largest contracts to date, two JOC (Job Order Contracts) with the Dept. of the Navy, for five years with a $50 million capacity each. While these contracts have allowed us to expand our reach in California, our target market remains Southern California.
