    Job Description

    Brayman Construction Corporation in Washington, D.C. is actively seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee construction projects and manage all work plans and progress.

    This position offers a competitive salary with a varied schedule based on projects and the need for occasional travel.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT:

    • Collaborate with Construction/General Manager to strategize growth plans and budgets
    • Lead Superintendents in various contracting work within the region
    • Develop schedules, monitor work plans, and coordinate employee hiring
    • Ensure safety compliance, project specifications, and craft employee performance

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT:

    • Minimum 10 years of heavy civil construction experience
    • Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
    • Familiarity with federal/state/DOT contracts and trade supervision
    • OSHA 30 hour certification and ability to read blueprints
