    Position Type:

    Pay:
    $15.00 per hour

    Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm


    Job Responsibilities:

    Manage Incoming Calls:
    Efficiently route incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.

    Welcome and Assist:
    Warmly welcome, assist, and direct visitors, clients, and employees.

    Reception Area Maintenance:
    Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

    Mail and Package Handling:
    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

    Office Equipment Utilization:
    Operate and manage office equipment, including phones, computers, and printers.

    Qualifications:

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Professionalism:
    Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Technology Proficiency:
    Proficiency in basic computer applications.

    Research Skills:
    Documentarians often need to conduct research to gather information and verify facts.
