    Title :
    Associate Accountant


    Location :
    Hopkins, MN (This role is only eligible for local MN & Western WI residents to apply)


    Compensation :
    up to $40/hr depending on applicable experience


    Internal ID :

    The Addison Group is seeking candidates with extensive working with AR/AP, JE, GL experience, including familiarity with all close activities.

    Additionally, candidates' multiple large ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel is preferred. This position offers compensation of up to $40 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience. Please note that only residents of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin are eligible to apply for this opportunity.

    Responsibilities:


    • Process all AR/AP, JE and heavy reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
    • Monthly analysis of expenses
    • Management of fixed assets
    • Quarterly reconciliation of accounts
    • Assistance in coding and follow-up on unauthorized transactions in our credit card program
    • More as assigned.

    Qualifications:


    • BS in accounting or finance (or AAS with 3+ years relevant accounting experience)
    • Multiple ERP systems experience.
    • GAAP compliance
    • PBC prep experience
