Summary:
- Serve as primary owner of existing clients
- Work closely with clients to ensure goals are met
- Drive customer retention and expansion
- Combine sales, relationship management, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Renew, upsell, and cross-sell existing clients
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ChurnZero
- Understand Kaleidoscope's value proposition
- Partner with Customer Success Managers
- Encourage customer participation in events
- Manage overall customer loyalty
- Become an expert in scholarship and grant management tech
- Collaborate with clients for smooth onboarding
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Assist with resolving client issues
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends
Experience:
- Customer-facing experience in account management or sales
- History of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience owning projects end-to-end
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Presentation and public speaking skills
