    We are seeking a **Shift Supervisor** who has strong integrity, and a high commitment to service and community. If this sounds like you, JOIN US

    You will report to the Production Manager, and will have full responsibility for managing your assigned shift. This position ensures the safety of each employee and helps drive a safety first workforce while ensuring top notch quality production. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement, increased productivity and cost savings for your shift.

    **Production Shift Supervisor (7AM-7PM, rotating schedule)**

    **What You'll Be Doing**

    Supervise all production activities for assigned shift, schedule shift employees as well as crew machines to cover vacations, absence and overtime.

    Meet or exceed productivity, cost, or other performance metric expectations for assigned shift. Implement and maintain best manufacturing practices.

    Hire, train, direct and mentor shift employees with diverse language, cultural and educational background.

    Direct shift in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S with safety, Six Sigma, Kaizen events and lean manufacturing.

    This position is located in Phoenix, AZ at our fast paced manufacturing facility.

    **We'd Love To Hear From You If**

    You have a bachelors degree in a technical discipline (strongly preferred).

    You have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
