- Have a solid grasp of lease commission plans and associated data
- Team up with colleagues to find the ideal Varicent ICM solutions for meeting commission plan needs
- Carry out and test commission plan alterations in Varicent ICM as instructed by Sales leaders
- Estimate time/effort for implementation, arrange work priorities, log decisions, and communicate timelines
- Meet with the Sales team to explain calculations and clear up queries regarding commission payouts
- Document existing policies, processes, and procedures
- Offer Varicent ICM training to team members
- Generate and maintain Varicent ICM training materials
- Engage with both internal and external financial auditors
- Use continuous improvement strategies to better processes and solutions
- Collaborate with the IT department on building data connections between Varicent ICM and other systems
- Devise, implement, and carry out test scenarios to validate functional changes
- Take on any other assigned tasks
- Proficient in Varicent ICM
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with relational databases, with a preference for SQL proficiency
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills
- Capable of project management for incentive calculation and reporting requests
- Able to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Comfortable engaging with both external and internal auditors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, can work independently or as part of a team
- Naturally curious and passionate about learning
- Proficient at multitasking, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering
- Over three years of experience in Varicent ICM setup and development
- More than three years as a business analyst
- Background in accounting/finance is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous exposure to providing accounting/finance support to a sales/marketing team
- Experience in a large corporation is advantageous

Job Description
This role is all about keeping the Varicent ICM commission system in check and assisting the sales crew. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that all commission calculations are spot-on.
We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, picks up things quickly, is proactive in tackling issues, and is a great communicator.
In this position, you'll collaborate with teammates and other departments to define business needs, introduce solutions, tweak commission schemes, craft new incentive plans, and generate reports using the system.

Qualifications
Salary for applicants in specific locations is determined based on a variety of factors. This position offers a salary range of $85K to $105K. Ryder provides a range of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, as well as various types of paid time off and a 401(k) savings plan.
