    Description

    Join UNM Hospitals Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) and increase your earnings as an ICU Registered Nurse

    We are currently offering a sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement for this position. You may also qualify for a 17% weekday nights, 26% weekend nights, or 15% weekend day shift differential

    In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, serve as a clinical leader for other staff, and assume relief charge duties when designated. Patient care may include Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric age groups.

    Qualifications:

    • Program graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
    • Current RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
    • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days
    • Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
