Shift: Days

Position Summary: Supervise staffing team including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and participate in organizational initiatives.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Assist with staff training and development planning
• Assign and monitor shift responsibilities
• Perform evaluations and assist with disciplinary actions
• Assist in developing protocols and operating policies
• Set standards and monitor departmental performance
• Responsible for scheduling staff
• Compile data for staffing trend reports
• Ensure continuing education of licensed staff
• Develop organizational structure and supervise employees

Qualifications

Education:

• Program Graduate
• Bachelor's Degree (Nonessential)
• Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
• Nursing (Nonessential)

Experience:

• 4 years directly related experience
• Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo (Nonessential)

Credentials:

• CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
• RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
