Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Manager – Biopharma Raw Materials
This management position is in an ISO 9001:2015 chemical production environment for the pharmaceutical and micro-electronic industry. Substantial documentation during the manufacturing proves helps ensure our quality standards, set by customers and governmental agencies. This position is responsible for managing the packaging of dry salts and formulating solutions. All of our processes are done under a cGMP quality system. Our products are manufactured and packaged in a class 6 and 7 cleanrooms.
Responsibilities:
Manage production team with high level of process control
Create and edit SOPs and Batch Records
Creating production schedules and implementing schedules accurately with a high level of quality control and safety
Maintain communications with Director of Operations and CEO about personnel, scheduling, inventory, and production processes
Learn internal ERP system to an expert level, in order to manage batch order WIP status and inventory levels
Maintain facilities and equipment according to all SOPs, including cleanliness and calibration
Must be capable of delivering on commitments in a timely and efficient manner
Follows documented manufacturing SOPs and creates new SOPs related to procedures and protocol
Oversee training of production team, ensuring a culture of safety. Reviews and evaluates co-workers annually. Documents employee training records
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or similar technical study
2-7 years or equivalent knowledge / experience in ISO 9001:2015
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Computer literacy is a must, including competency in general MS Office applications and technical graphing applications
Experience managing a small group of manufacturing personnel

If enrolled, the employee will be given a Health Savings Account in which the company will deposit 75% of the chosen plans deducible into the account to be used for medical expenses.
These funds will continue to accumulate as long as you are employed at BrandNu Laboratories and are enrolled in the benefits package.
Employees will get 2 weeks paid vacation days and 5 PTO days.The company has 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday.
We are also offering a $2500
