We have a great opportunity for Regional Operations Supervisor The ideal candidate accomplishes company objectives by supervising the daily operations of a team of Care Coordinators.

LOCATION: Los Angeles area

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide day-to-day supervision to the Care Coordinator Team
Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow
Provide work direction
Conduct formal and ad hoc training
Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
Manage all teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
Address teammate relations issues appropriately, and in a timely manner
Facilitates teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, training); collaborates with direct reports to create professional development goals
Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
Knows and understands basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
Track overtime, attendance and PTO
Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences and trainings as needed
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-4 years experience Healthcare
Minimum 1-2 years experience in leadership
High school diploma or equivalency
BSN (preferred)
RN (preferred)

Salary/ Wage Range

$42, $62,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
