Oversee daily operations: Ensure smooth and efficient workflows across departments, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance overall productivity

Drive profitability: Lower COGS and expenses by benchmarking vendor prices, negotiating favorable terms, and standardizing direct labor costs.

Improve cash flow: Optimize DSO and DPO through effective A/R and A/P management, maintain optimal inventory levels through organized inventory practices, accurate counts, and proactive sales and purchasing strategies.

Increase operational efficiency: Create, audit, and continuously improve processes to streamline operations and reduce waste.

Mitigate company risks: Ensure HAZMAT and legal compliance, safeguard intellectual property, and maintain a safe working environment.

Enhance customer satisfaction: Guarantee the quality of raw materials and finished goods, streamline order fulfillment, and expand distribution channels to ensure a fast speed-to-market.
Specific Responsibilities:

International FBA Shipments: Approve and manage FBA shipments to Canada and Australia, including carrier selection and receipt analysis.

HAZMAT Shipments: Procure specialized packaging, maintain IATA certification, and train staff on HAZMAT handling procedures.

Receiving Shipments: Coordinate with suppliers, provide BOL and DO to USAS, and conduct thorough quantity and quality inspections.

B2B Order Fulfillment: Manage vendor paperwork, streamline the order fulfillment process, and oversee large B2B sales orders and shipments.

Process Management: Create, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role with a demonstrated track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving shared goals
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a datadriven and analytical approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity, organization, and responsibility, with a commitment to ethical business practices
Pay:
$68, $70,000.00 per year
