    Education Sales Consultant

    Are you a Kindergarten Rockstar looking for a change?

    Must have at least 3 years of Early Education experience (Kindergarten Preferred).

    Alive Studios is hiring an Education Sales Consultant for the Southeast territory. The states are Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.

    • It would be ideal if you lived in Metro Atlanta.

    Salary, bonus, and uncapped commission

    $56,000 - $175,000 a year or more

    Job Description

    We are looking for sales consultants with an early education background, and sales experience in the education space, to introduce and sell our supplemental early education resources into school districts, specifically PreK, Kindergarten, 1st-3rd grade Intervention, ELL, Special Education, and Head Start Programs. You will manage the entire sales cycle in a pre-assigned multi-state territory. This is a remote position with some travel required for onsite sales calls and demonstrations to schools/districts, set-up, and participation in local, regional, and national education conferences, and when needed onsite professional development for your customer base.

    Qualifications We're Seeking

    • You're a highly organized self-starter with a natural hunter mentality, who thrives in taking initiative & creative problem-solving. You're autonomous, accountable, and goal-driven.
    • You have 7+ years of experience as a teacher, principal, and/or district level.
    • You have at least 3 years of experience teaching Kindergarten.
    • You're results-oriented and competitive.
    • You love to create new opportunities with persistence, diligence, and follow-through.
    • You have a resilient nature and a natural curiosity that allows you to try new things, learn and grow.
    • You're a team player able to contribute ideas, adopt your own sales strategy, owning your sales process from start to finish.
    • You love people and are able to educate & engage customers in new & creative ways.
    • You thrive on hard work and are committed to closing deals. You get things done and do them well.
    • You feel comfortable working with top-level administrators (Principals and up) within the school systems in your assigned states.
    • You are self-motivated, a quick learner, and tech-savvy.
    • You have the ability to travel.

    • You meet or exceed 100% of sales quota. Your efforts expand Alive Studios' resources throughout your region, and your clients refer us regularly to peers.
    • Your newly acquired customers and Alive Studios' team members love working with you and find you invaluable.
    • You love what you do and are passionate about making a difference in early education.
    • We work smarter as a team engaging in effective, repeatable sales practices using metrics and methods that help us improve year over year.
    • Ability to be effective in a home office prospecting environment, meeting weekly & monthly metrics.
    • Exceptional communication & presentation skills for virtual demos and sometimes on-site.
