    A Passion for Care in San Diego, CA is actively seeking a reliable full-time or part-time Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) to assist our beloved clients with daily activities. Are you caring and compassionate? Do you have a fondness for the senior population? If yes, keep reading

    This in-home caregiver position earns competitive pay of $15 - $20 per hour. We provide great benefits and perks, including a 401(k) plan with up to 4% matching for employees after 1 year of service, referral bonuses, generous hours, and flexible scheduling.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CAREGIVER / Home Care Aide (HCA)

    As an in-home caregiver, you get to help our clients stay in their own homes and live with independence and dignity. You do more than just assist with medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies. You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, well-nourished, while encouraging independence as much as possible.

    You also make sure that their homes are safe environments, reducing the likelihood of accidents and promoting a timely response to illness. You are meticulous about documenting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace of mind for them and their families. And, you feel great about facilitating this for seniors through the part you play in our excellent caregiver program
