    Description

    VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing a mix of passion and purpose to the table. With a robust history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and service excellence.

    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes.
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven time management skills, meeting deadlines efficiently.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
    • Passionate about aiding others and fostering strong relationships.
    • Dedicated, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
    • Community involvement is highly desired.
    • Experience with CRMs, Salesforce knowledge preferred.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period required before progression.
