We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Associate to join our team. As a Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales prices and terms to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings
- Utilize automotive sales software to manage customer information and sales transactions
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products
- Proficiency in using sales software and basic math calculations
